GoSmart is a great no contract cell service. Each plan it offers comes with unlimited talk and text, as well as international calls and international roaming in Latin America. GoSmart currently offers five plans for users to choose from (but you can change which plan you’re on each month). Pricing options start at $15 and go up to $55.

The more you pay, the more data you get, but each data plan comes with fast 3G speeds. For only $55 a month you get unlimited talk, unlimited text, and unlimited data. If you find you don’t need as much data, you can always go down to a lower tier.
