Alliant helps their clients save money with the Alliant Advantage Mortgage program. With AAM, borrowers are often able to remove their private mortgage insurance payments with only 5% equity in their house. Though this is remarkable, Alliant is probably best known for its customer service. Have a question about your loan, or don’t know which one to choose? The downside to Alliant is that they don’t currently offer USDA, VA, or FHA refinance loans. They also only have brick and mortar locations in 5 states, meaning you’ll have to either call or go online for more information.
